'Ray Caye Island Resort was a little slice of heaven for us! My husband and I went for our 30th anniversary and stayed in the honeymoon suite l, which I would highly recommend for its privacy and amazing view. 'There were 15 people in our group. We had a great time. Albert Bolona, the bartender was the best. The chef, Sam, did an incredible job. The boat ride to and from the island was a little torturous with getting wet. No air conditioning but the breeze always blowing made it manageable.'
