« The room was ok, but the TV didn't work, there was no working WiFi and maintenance going on made it tough to manage with ladders and workers in the way. Dusty conditions due to the work was not ideal for what was supposed to be a peaceful weekend! »

« Rooms were clean, housekeeping was very nice and respectful. Front desk demeanor was cold and not friendly. Breakfast was a disappointment. Barely any bread Friday morning, they had 2 trays of potatoes no biscuits. Not a lot of variety. I went down around 11:30am and the breakfast area was still not clean, egg on floor and tables were not wiped down. 2nd day the same thing except no whole milk. I was walking out and in front of front desk there was a fork that was never picked up. »

« Drury Plaza Airport was quite an awesome experience! The breakfast was very generous with plenty of choices froom eggs, sausage, pancakes, fresh fruit, and more. The evening Kickback menu was equally generous and rotated throughout the week. The outdoor spa and pool area was always very clean and well stocked with towels. The fitness area was sufficiently equipped. The bed was comfortable and housekeeping was exceptional. All of this more than made up for the smaller bathroom. From the friendly...
