'Erg leuk motel met een overdekte privé parkeerplaats naast de deur. Motel heeft een look in de bekende Adobe stijl met nette ruime kamers. Helaas wordt er geen douche- en badgel of shampoo aangeboden, jammer. Het is een prima locatie voor bezoek aan het centrum van Santa Fe (Plaza) of Bandelier National Monument.'

'Personeel zonder meer perfect ! Het ontbijt goed verzorgd, maar werd de tweede dag van ons verblijf bijna niet aangevuld (bvb. boterhammen om te toasten : 2 per keer na het te vragen). Voldoende parkeerruimte. Schone kamer. Spijtig genoeg geen kleine(re) lampen aan de nachttafels. De voegen van het bad in de badkamer oogden zeer goedkoop en zeer vlug aangebracht : niet zeer netjes ...'

'This hotel is undergoing renovations, so this review is how conditions were on my one night stay. On check in, hotel staff told me I was currently booked on second floor rooms but that elevator was not working due to renovations. He offered to move us to first floor if we wanted. I was traveling with my daughter and her two young children, plus my son and his dog. He was very helpful and pleasant and made the switch which made it much easier for us and our multiple to cars to carry...

'My recent stay at the Hampton Inn was one of the most frustrating and disappointing hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The first room we were given a suite we had originally reserved was in unacceptable condition. There was poop on the toilet, the carpet was dirty, and it was obvious the room had not been cleaned properly. When we went downstairs to report the issue, the “general manager”, told us there were no more suites available and moved us into a standard room, two queen beds. At that point,...

'We can always say good things about Holiday Inns, but this one was exceptional! The rooms were clean, the staff, breakfast options, and parking were all fantastic. I would stay again if given the chance.'

'I've stayed at El Rey many times, and I always enjoy it. The rooms are large and smartly decorated, there are many fun events that regularly occur on the property, and everything is well maintained. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful, although the bartenders at La Reina seem to favor local patrons and can sometimes be aloof. The La Reina Mesita foodtruck is a bit hit-or-miss, but is nonetheless convenient. Overall, it's a fun place with great amenities and is centrally-located....

'The sheets on one of the beds were used and not changed. There were swet and blood stains on the sheet. When I asked for a refund the employee couldn’t give me one. The manager didn’t pick up the phone when he called him. We had to come back tomorrow when the manager was there. No we can’t, we wouldn’t be in Santa Fe anymore. We had to come to the lobby yesterday and they would have given us another room. My husband was already sleeping and I was ready to go to bed. Should we pack up everything...
