The spacious open-plan living, dining and kitchen area has been designed to make the most of the apartment’s stunning beachfront setting, with uninterrupted direct sea views throughout. Whether you’re cooking, dining or relaxing on the sofa, the sea is always in sight.



The contemporary kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and all essential cookware and dining equipment. The breakfast bar is ideal for relaxed family breakfasts or evening drinks, while the large dining table comfortably seats four and can extend to accommodate six guests.



The bright and stylish living area features comfortable sofas, including a sofa bed for additional sleeping space if required, along with a Smart TV with access to all your favourite streaming services. Large double doors open onto a private south-facing balcony with breathtaking panoramic sea views across Ramsgate Sands.



The balcony offers plenty of seating space for morning coffee, sunset drinks or simply relaxing while taking in the incredible coastal views and sea air.



The spacious master bedroom is a peaceful en-suite retreat featuring a luxurious super-king bed, built-in wardrobes, hanging space and a dressing table that also doubles as a workspace for any remote working needs. The room also benefits from its own Juliet balcony with beautiful direct sea views. The modern en-suite includes a walk-in shower, toilet and basin.



The second bedroom offers flexible sleeping arrangements and can be prepared as either two single beds or one king-size bed, with an additional pull-out single bed available for larger families. Just let us know your preferred setup before arrival. This bedroom also enjoys stunning sea views through a beautiful picture-frame window, perfect for capturing memorable coastal moments, along with built-in wardrobes and hanging space for storage.



Located opposite the second bedroom is the stylish family bathroom, complete with a bath and shower, toilet, basin and mirrored cabinet.



Fresh bed linen and fluffy towels are provided for every stay.



For added comfort, the lounge and both bedrooms are fitted with automatic electric blinds, ideal for lazy mornings or blocking out the afternoon sun.

We’re a small, independent holiday let company based in Ramsgate and Broadstairs, offering a friendly, personal service across a range of properties from 1–5 bedrooms.

Whether you’re visiting for a seaside break, a family holiday, a corporate stay or a longer visit, we have options to suit different needs and budgets. We offer discounts on stays of 4 nights or more.

For larger groups or stays of more than 14 nights, please get in touch directly and we’ll be happy to discuss the best options. Corporate stays start from just £45 per person, per night.

Check-in details:

Check in information will be provided by email 3 days before your arrival date. Please keep an eye out for this email and if for any reason you don't receive it please let us know.

Standard check in time is 3pm, if you would like to check in early we advise you to message us around 1-2 days before arrival and we can confirm the earliest check in time available.



The Neighborhood:

Located directly opposite the beach within a short walk of restaurants and shops



Getting Around:

The property is about a 5 walk to the nearest bus stop

Checkout:

Standard checkout time is 10am, if you would like to checkout late we will do all we can to accommodate this, but in the busy season this is not always possible. We advise to contact us once you have checked in about the availability of a late checkout.
