'The room was ok. But our stay was uncomfortable. We heard the couple in the room next ours making LOUD noises (s_x) at night. The hotel was full so we couldn’t be moved to another room. When I let the manager Terry, know what we experienced, she very rude and nasty. Never staying there again. And it’s not because what the couple and their noises, it more so of the manager and how rude she was. And the police was there with tactical shields. SMH. Not sure what happened with that.'

'Staff were friendly. But the room was terrible. There were stains on the walls, water damage along the baseboard molding. Which was coming undone from the wall. I had purchased some food and sat it down on the desk checked the sandwich to make sure it was what I ordered. Then took a shower. The shower head was covered in rust.
