'A conveniently located beautiful house over looking the Atlantic. Pictures are accurate as far as all the amenities and set up of the house. Given the central location, it was easy to go either North or South. Super quiet and private location with the hushed sounds of the Atlantic waves arriving on the shore in the background, along with birds chirping and little lizards communicating with one another. At night, look up and all you see is stars...spectacular. Everything worked in the house...

'The property is located on a beautiful beach just steps away. There are grocery stores near by. The sites on the North end of the island are also close by. Spent a day on a boat with Cpt Riley from Spanish Wells Charter and had an amazing time! Southern attractions are a little farther away but not bad. Plenty of local places to eat and the food is great!! If you are looking for a place to relax and unwind this is the place you are looking for!sites are a little farther away but not to far.'

'We were at Sands of Time Feb 15- Mar 31The house & amenities were as listed except there is an RO water spigot which was a huge benefit for sustaining potable water & ice. We used the tap water for dishes, showers & teeth brushing without issue. We used the RO water for drinking, coffee, cooking & ice. There are 2 ice trays. There was plenty of hot water & excellent pressure. Note: The kitchen knives are REALLY dull.The house was very comfortable with modern & dedicated AC units in the main...

'Highly recommended! The house is large, open, clean & very well laid-out. Solid Wifi and AC units in every room. The pool alone makes it worth it. You are a 2 minute drive to Rainbow Bay Beach (which is arguably the best beach on the island). There's a grocery not too far away (I forget the name, but it is just south). The Cliffs are also nearby and Rainbow Bay is "centrally" located for road-trips north and south. Communication was good and the Security Deposit was returned in-full...
