The villa is spread over three levels, all equipped with air conditioning (heating/cooling). On the ground floor, there is a spacious open-plan living area with a lounge and kitchen, as well as three double bedrooms, each with a single sofa bed and an en-suite bathroom. The first floor features two double bedrooms, each with a single sofa bed, and a bathroom with a bathtub. On the lower ground floor, there is a second open-plan living area with a lounge and kitchen, a third kitchen with a breakfast area, one double bedroom, one bedroom with a three-quarter bed, and two bathrooms with showers.
