We rented a car and drove from Siracusa, with stops in surprisingly beautiful Noto and historic Modica before arriving in Ragusa, one of the most beautifully situated cities anywhere! I chose the Itria Palace due to it's location and with our having a car, parking was an issue. Right next to the hotel is a free public parking lot with plenty of spaces. And, there is a ramp to the hotel's lower entrance. We were housed in the hotel's annex located across the street, which is lovely, the rooms are bright, clean and nicely appointed. Our rooms had incredible views of the main hotel and the Ibla valley and old buildings hanging off the walls of the city. The staff were excellent and the breakfast buffet was beautifully presented in the star-vaulted rooms on a lower floor. Delicious array of breakfast items. My only complaint is that we only stayed for one night, the hotel would make and excellent place to stay for several nights to explore the region. That being our problem, not the hotel! Very highly recommended.

Service here was amazing. We had a small issue with the toilet tank not filling with water after 4 flushes, but we just had to jiggle the back of the tank and it would start again. Our view was amazing. Breakfast was 10/10. Room was large. Balcony was nice, I wish we had chairs out there but it was winter. Very close to the Ragusa Ibla and not a hard hike to the viewpoint. Stunning place to stay. We spent 4 days in Ragusa, and could have spent 4 more.

Uma verdadeira surpresa… o Hotel é maravilhoso, bem decorado, staff ótimo e prestativo e café da manhã excepcional, além de próximo a tudo… Ragusa Ilba me encantou e uma pena não ter ficado 2 dias… cidade acolhedora, verdadeiro borgo italiano…

Perfect location to walk into Rugusa Ibla or take stairs to Ragusa Superiore. Property was clean and nicely decorated. Breakfast was a plus! Only problem was town is shut down in January. Hardly any restaurants open.

Explore Ragusa
The hotel above a stream, is well-placed in Ragusa, allowing walks around Ragusa Ibla and up the big hill to the newer city. The buffet breakfast was excellent. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was as advertised with a quaint stone room and scrupulously clean room and bathroom, with all amenities.

Car park is adjacent to Itria Palace’s terrace making luggage transfer very easy compared to other lodging options. Easy walk to Ilba to explore or for dinner and walk back. Excellent restaurant 1/2 block away Agli Archi Trattoria. Included breakfast on the sunny terrace was a great start each day.

A fantastic property! My only complaint was that the memory foam bed was a bit sunken in on both sides on the bed. Lucia at reception was exceptionally helpful and friendly.

Good stay
Good location near Ragsu Ibla (old town) with free parking if limited spaces are available (if not you have to pay). Comfortable and clean room. Downside was a terrible aircon system - extremely loud and placed 3 feet from the bed at bed height. Resulted in a poor nights sleep. Breakfast was reasonable for the price.

Dear guest, thank you for your feedback. We are glad that you enjoyed the locationof the hotel. Our structure, unlike others, has the advantage of being outside the ZTL area and near the public car parks of Ragusa Ibla. As about the air conditioning, the city hall put a limit on air conditioning system with external engine to preserve the beauty of our historical UNESCO site. Nevertheless we have tried to select one of the best option on the market. Best Regards from us all and see you again in Sicily

Magnifique établissement
Un hôtel magnifique avec des réceptionnistes aux petits soins. Très belles chambres, emplacement dans le vieux Raguse, assez éloigné de la gare. Si vous avez des valises, prenez un taxi !
