'İnsanlar muhteşem tatlı ve yardımcılar. Odalar çok temiz. Fakat sabah 3 e kadar bangır bangır müzik vardı bitişik binada, uyuyamadık. Kahvaltı ortalamanın altındaydı.'

'We only stayed at Balca one day due to a flight delight. The owners / reception are the most friendly people we met during our stay in Turkey. They made us feel so welcome and no request was too much. The hotel has great WiFi, perfect location, new Airconditioning system and a huge comfortable bed. I would definitely recommend staying here !!! thank you so much '

'Perfect location, helpful and kind staff. Nice caffe downstairs.'

'Posizione centrale e comoda, purtroppo parcheggio.non troppo comodo e ascensore non ben funzionante.'

Einfach schrecklich'

'Room was clean and a/c worked well (important in the summer heat). Hotel did not have an iron for guest use and staff would not let us use the iron in plain view in the staff laundry room.'

'It was clean but don’t expect so much things'

'I really liked the location, it is in the heart of Alsancak. The hotel is nice and clean with a really kindfull receptionists who's ready to help you. Hotel has also a own bar to drink outside the terrace. This is the best hotel what you can get if we look at the price , location, and for the clean room.'
