Our House is situated in a peaceful setting, with only a short drive to everything this area has to offer. Located in a quiet residental street of Raetihi, it is only 7 minutes drive from the Ski Resort Town Ohakune and 25 minutes drive to Turoa Skifield.
This lovely 3 bedroom home will meet all of your requirements. It has three generous sized bedrooms and it is very warm with floor, roof and wall insulation and double glazed windows. We do not turn heating off - it stays on the whole time during your stay, so when you come back from the slopes, you instantly warm up. There are also duvets and blankets on all beds.
It is a family friendly environment where you can relax in a great lounge combining living, dining and kitchen with quality chattels. Please note this is not a party house and families are preferred.
Our holiday batch has a full kitchen including toaster, kettle, microwave, stove with oven and large fridge/freezer. Crockery, cutlery, utensils, pots and pans are also supplied. We supply coffee, tea and sugar.
Modern bathroom has great shower pressure and instant hot water supplied from gas. It also has a double vanity and a washing machine. Toilet is a separate room to bathroom.
We have a 42" TV Screen in the living room and unlimited wifi.

To maintain the standard of cleanliness and comfort for all visitors, there is a compulsory $70 cleaning fee per stay. This does not include dishes. Guests MUST take their rubbish with them. There is a refuse station in Ohakune where you can take rubbish. Recycling station is available at the end of the street - 100 meters from the house towards Ohakune (opposite petrol station).
There is also a linen charge of $20 per stay. Linen provided includes bath towels, tea towels, bath mat and hand towel as well as bed sheets and pillow cases.
