In the ancient rural village of Colle Petroso, immersed in the green hills of the Chianti Classico,
stands this beautiful farmhouse with a recently renovated and renovated pool.
The property is located in a panoramic position overlooking the vineyards and the woods between Castellina and Radda in Chianti and offers its guests an elegant and at the same time family environment where to spend a relaxing holiday.
the house is a typical Tuscan stone farmhouse from the 18th century, completely renovated in 2010 and refreshed only a few weeks ago.
The house is located in a tiny Tuscan village (7 houses) at the top of a hill and has a private garden and swimming pool as well as a beautiful view of the surrounding hills and vineyards
The house is very well structured and comfortable for a total of 12 beds with 5 complete bathrooms.
It is divided over 2 floors
At the first you will find a large dining room, a beautiful large equipped Tuscan kitchen, a lounge, a full bathroom with shower, a laundry room and another lounge. There are several patio doors giving onto the outside terrace which you can take advantage of with plenty of chairs and table available for dining out.
The kitchen is particularly well equipped with oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine, American fridge and various freshly prepared dishes.
The second floor is structured on 2 wings:
In the left wing you will find 3 rooms each with an en suite bathroom. Two of the bedrooms are double, while one is composed of 2 rooms and has 2 single beds (which can be joined together) and 2 bunk beds.
In the right wing you will find a further large double bedroom also with an en suite bathroom and a jacuzzi.
2 more people can sleep using the sofa bed in the living room, modern and comfortable.
All rooms have beautiful windows with a view of the surroundings.
Both floors of the houses will of course be for your exclusive use
The house has a private garden of approximately 2.000 square meters with a 10 x 5 pool.
The swimming pool is naturally private of the house and for your exclusive use.
Part of the garden is dedicated to the car park which can therefore be closed inside thanks to an electric gate.
Inside the house is equipped with all comforts: dishwasher, washing machine, oven, TV, DVD. Using it personally during the year you will find all those little things you typically need when you arrive and often do not bring from home: coffee, sugar, oil, detergent etc.
Near the house there are 2 countries:
Radda in Chianti, 6 km, which is a typical Tuscan village very picturesque and with an oven that makes bread and homemade desserts as well as a famous butcher. There is also a small supermarket.
Castellina in Chianti, 7 km away, with several restaurants and shops
Its location allows you to quickly reach the most important cities of art (Cities like Siena and Florence Siena are about 30 minutes from the house) and the most enchanting villages of Tuscany, as well as numerous outlets of the most prestigious Italian brands.
