Welcome to our ancient stone farmhouse, nestled in the quiet hills of Chianti Classico. Located just minutes from Castellina in Chianti, this spacious family property is the ideal retreat for those who want to unwind and rediscover the slow pace of Tuscan nature.

Surrounded by woods and vineyards, the house offers an authentic and relaxing experience: imagine waking up to the sound of birdsong and having breakfast surrounded by greenery, or enjoying a glass of wine at sunset on the terraced garden. It's the perfect place for families or groups of friends who love the countryside, hiking, and good food.

The Space

The original architecture, with thick stone walls, warm terracotta floors, and wood-beamed ceilings, creates an atmosphere rich in charm and history. The house comfortably accommodates up to 10 people, offering 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a multi-level layout that ensures the perfect balance between shared spaces and privacy.

The Ground Floor: The entrance is preceded by a charming loggia, which leads, on the left, to the kitchen with dining area and one of the living rooms with outdoor access.

The other access from the loggia leads to the sleeping area, with a double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds, and a large study/living room filled with books and other objects from around the world. Also on the ground floor is a bathroom with a shower. The second double bedroom, located down a few steps, enjoys complete privacy, complete with private outdoor access, an en-suite bathroom, and a laundry area.

The First Floor: Accessible via both an internal staircase and a picturesque, independent outdoor access. You'll find a large, bright dining room, dominated by a magnificent antique fireplace (for aesthetics only), ideal for autumn evenings or for relaxing with a book or playing the piano in the room. The presence of a second kitchen makes this level extremely practical, especially for large groups. This kitchen is equipped with two induction hobs, a dishwasher, a refrigerator, and a microwave. The floor also includes two large bedrooms with panoramic views and a second bathroom with a shower.

Wi-Fi is available throughout the house.

The house does not have air conditioning, but due to its thick walls, it tends to stay cool even in summer.

Guest Access and Outdoor Spaces

Those who choose our home do so to fully experience the countryside. The property is surrounded by a terraced garden, a safe, green oasis where you can relax in the shade, let the children play, or indulge in morning yoga.

There are several areas for sitting areas and spaces for dining or remote working, all around the house.

Although we don't have a pool, our location offers a different luxury: direct access to pristine nature. Stepping out the gate, you can set off along woodland trails or explore the area's famous strade bianche (white roads) (we're very close to the Eroica cycling routes), a true paradise for hikers and cyclists.

The Neighborhood

Our strategic location guarantees total privacy without sacrificing convenience. The center of Castellina in Chianti is just an 8-minute drive away: here you'll find excellent restaurants, supermarkets, butchers, and, of course, renowned wineries. Art cities such as Siena and Florence are easily accessible for splendid day trips.
