A stone's throw from all the shops, 5 minutes walk from the ferry terminal to take the boat to the islands of Houat, Hoëdic or Belle Ile. Or simply go for beautiful walks to the Pointe du Conguel or the Presqu'île...

You can choose the cleaning option (70 €) to be specified maximum 24 hours after your arrival. Otherwise, I ask you to return the apartment in the same state of cleanliness as you found it.

Non-smoking apartment and pets not allowed. no party.

Marie de Ty'Accueil, your on-site concierge, will welcome you to the premises and can facilitate your stay, contact her before your stay to arrange an appointment for your arrival and departure.

She will be available throughout your stay to answer your requests (sheets, towels, cleaning, babysitter, full fridge...)

Marie can welcome you from 2pm, depending on availability and cleaning to be done. If you wish to arrive earlier, do not hesitate to ask her.
Marie can welcome you until 8pm. Beyond that, you will be asked for 10 euros per additional hour (until midnight)
You must vacate the apartment before 10am. If you wish to stay later in the day, and it is possible, do not hesitate to ask for it (you will be asked for 10 euros per hour)
