Estimada Anika estamos muy sorprendidos por lo que paso con el desayuno vamos a poner mucha atención a ese punto. Con respecto al servicio de recepción recuerdo que usted me solicito un cambio de habitación y yo le di una excelente opción -upgrade- para la segunda noche de hospedaje, y nosotros nos ofrecimos a trasladar el equipaje. No obstante, usted no la quiso tomar... siempre tratamos a los clientes con amabilidad.
