The Space:

Imagine sipping a glass of Central Otago wine on the expansive balcony, taking in the breathtaking views that stretch out before you. The balcony extends from the master bedroom and lounge area, complete with an outdoor dining setup, perfect for al fresco meals and relaxation.



As the winter chill sets in, cozy up by the gas fire in the lounge area, or warm up with underfloor heating throughout the home. Additional warmth can be found in the bedrooms, where wall heaters ensure a comfortable night's sleep. This beautifully furnished home boasts a fully equipped kitchen, spacious lounge area, and dining room, providing ample space to unwind and enjoy quality time with loved ones.



With three bedrooms and two bathrooms, this property offers ample space for relaxation and comfort. Stay entertained with wireless internet, Smart TV connection, and convenient laundry facilities featuring a washing machine and dryer. Whether you're looking to relax and unwind or enjoy the great outdoors, this luxurious retreat has everything you need for a memorable stay.



A BBQ is available for guest use. If you would like to use it during your stay, please inform us at your earliest convenience or at least 3 days prior to your arrival. A fee of $150 applies, which covers the gas bottle, BBQ usage, and professional cleaning after your stay.

*Please let us know at least 3 days prior to your arrival. If you decide that you want the beds prepared differently to the standard configuration AFTER you arrive, there will be a charge of $100 per bed. This is for our external cleaners to come and arrange the beds and put all new linen on.



Baby Accessories - We can provide a portacot, high chair and baby bath on request at a fee of $50 . Please notify us at least 3 days prior to arrival.

Please, no pets, no smoking indoors and no parties/events.

Minimum 3 night stay over Christmas and New Years.

A maximum of 6 guests are allowed. At least one guest must be over the age of 25.
