The Space:

Ultimate Views is a beautifully designed multi-level home that perfectly captures the breathtaking beauty of Queenstown. Perched in an elevated position on prestigious Highview Terrace, the home enjoys spectacular panoramic views across Lake Wakatipu, The Remarkables and Queenstown, creating an unforgettable backdrop throughout your stay.



Enter through the private courtyard, where you'll discover your own outdoor retreat complete with a BBQ, comfortable seating and a private hot tub — the perfect place to relax after a day exploring Queenstown or the nearby ski fields.

Step inside to the light-filled main living level, where expansive floor-to-ceiling windows showcase the stunning lake and mountain scenery. The open-plan living, dining and kitchen area has been thoughtfully designed for relaxing and entertaining, with comfortable lounges, a wood-burning fireplace and seamless indoor-outdoor flow.



Sliding doors from the living area open directly onto the private courtyard, while the dining area opens onto a separate viewing balcony with outdoor seating — the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee while taking in the spectacular alpine views. The kitchen features quality appliances and a breakfast bar, while a servery-style window opens directly onto the balcony, making outdoor dining and entertaining effortless.

Also located on the main level are two bedrooms, a separate guest toilet and the laundry, complete with a washing machine and clothes dryer. A rear door from the laundry provides access to the outdoor clothesline, while the internal garage offers convenient access into the home via a short flight of stairs.



The lower level provides an ideal second living space for families and larger groups. Here you'll find two additional bedrooms, the main family bathroom and a spacious second lounge complete with TV, children's toy cupboard and a fold-out sofa bed (available upon request). RATES:

Minimum age requirement of 25 years for the lead guest.

Christmas, New Year and special event periods are subject to premium nightly rates and minimum stay requirements.

Rates include a pre-arrival inspection, hotel-quality linen, towels and a standard departure clean.

Stays of seven nights or longer may require a mid-stay service and linen change, where additional charges may apply.

The fold-out sofa bed is available upon request and additional charges may apply.

Self check-in is available via a secure lockbox located at the property. Full arrival instructions and your unique access details will be provided prior to check-in, allowing you to arrive at your convenience.

A vehicle is recommended to make the most of everything Queenstown and the surrounding region has to offer. The property features secure internal garage parking, with additional off-street parking available.

Queenstown's vibrant town centre is just a short drive away or approximately a 20–25 minute walk downhill. For the return journey, many guests choose to take a short taxi or Uber back after an evening out, avoiding the uphill walk.
