The Space

A newly built (2024) three-bedroom home set over two levels. The living areas and two bedrooms look out to gorgeous view over the lake and the Remarkables.

There is ongoing construction next to the property due to the continued growth of the neighbourhood. The construction work starts at 7 am and finishes at 5 pm, Monday to Saturday. The apartment has double glazed windows, and the construction does not obstruct your wider views of the Remarkables, Lake Wakatipu or the surrounding Queenstown mountains.



Bedrooms: Three bedrooms, two with gorgeous view over the lake and the Remarkable.

Bathrooms: Three bathrooms. Two Ensuites, one separate. All bathrooms have standing showers, howeverthe master bathroom also includes a bathtub.

Living areas: Open-plan living with smart TV, balcony access.

Kitchen: Fully equipped with this property has a refrigerator, oven, stove, extractor fan, dishwasher, microwave.

Balcony: Attached to the living area. Features two chairs for easy outdoor viewing.

Let us know your preferred configuration at least 3 days before arrival. Changes requested after this time will incur a fee of NZD $100 per bed plus a NZD $10 call-out fee if requested after check-in, which covers our external cleaners coming to rearrange beds and fit new linen.

Guests have full use of the property — kitchen, lounge, bedrooms, bathrooms, and balcony.

Stairs: There is one set of internal stairs. 18 in total

Power: Running too many appliances at once may trip the power

Fire alarm: Sensitive, so please take care when cooking and have the extraction fan turned on

Extra linen and a mid-stay clean are available for a fee.

Baby Bundle (portacot, high chair, baby bath) is available on request for NZD $50.



Please make all requests at least 3 days before arrival — later requests incur an additional NZD $10 call-out fee.



The first round of amenities is complimentary. If you're staying more than 5 days, we'd recommend picking up extra during your stay.



House Rules

Maximum of 6 guests, with children aged 0–2 staying free.

At least one guest must be over the age of 22

No pets, parties, or smoking/vaping indoors — and please, no glitter

This property is in a residential area; quiet hours run from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
