An amazing sunrise glistening on the ocean and the soothing sounds of waves crashing on the beach await you at this Beachfront paradise. Start your mornings with a walk through the sand or simply enjoy the commanding view from Vanyon's Beach House deck. As your day comes to an end enjoy a dip in the Atlantic Ocean or relax in your hot tub overlooking popular Queensland Beach. Renovated in 2021 the Beach House makes the most of this location just minutes from Hubbards and 25 minutes to Halifax.

This spectacular Beach-House located directly across the street from the beach was renovated in 2021 to make the most of what this location has to offer. The oversize deck with inset Hot Tub has a commanding view of Queensland Beach. As you walk into the Beach-House the large open space combines Living, Dining, and Kitchen space all provide ample views of the water. The basement was designed for family and friends to enjoy with a wet bar, gaming table, and LED TV.

The home is a 2140 sq. ft. bungalow featuring:

ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND INSIDE HOUSE, ON EITHER DECK OR HOT TUB. THIS INCLUDES VAPING! YOU WILL BE FINED $750 FOR THIS VIOLATION!

HOT TUB

- When not in use guests must cover the hot tub and secure using the attached straps

- During summer months guests must rinse at the outdoor shower prior to entering the hot tub, this prevents damage to the hot tub

- AT NO TIME are tanning lotions, oils or spray on tanner to be worn into the hot tub

- NO glass is to be used in or near the Hot tub

- failure to adhere to these requirements will result in your assumption of liability for any damages incurred

- The hot tub is not recommended for children, most importantly do not leave children unattended in the hot tub area for their own safety and for your peace of mind

We do provide all guests: hair dryer, bath/beach towels, bed linens (sheets, blankets, and pillows), toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, dish detergent, dish soap, hand soap, bath soap, shampoo, and body wash.

All Bookings: standard check-in 3 pm and standard checkout 10am. Unfortunately, there are no extended check-ins or checkouts.
We kindly request that the furniture and layout of the home is not to be moved around or reconfigured. Do not alter any of the home electronics: TVs, wifi and speakers.

Fire pit is not to be moved for safety reasons

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate pets.
Please Note: DURING SEVERE INCLEMENT WEATHER, WE MAY NEED TO TIE DOWN AND/OR STORE AWAY OUTDOOR FURNITURE TO AVOID DAMAGE. Outdoor furniture may be removed/stored away fall season (by 1st week of November) for winterization.

This is a really lovely home. It had everything we needed and wanted for a couple of nights of rest and relaxation and was perfectly located for exploring Nova Scotia. We loved this property probably the best we’ve stayed at. The view (amazing) the home (amazing) the hot tub was the frosting on the cake. Hubbards had great restaurants and don’t miss Lunenburg and Peggy’s cove. The host’s were helpful and answered any questions we had. Five stars aren’t enough this rates a 10.

Belle propriété. Intérieur luxueux. Fonctionnel à souhait. Une terrasse immense (55 pieds) avec un spa semi-encastré. Un beau mobilier.
