'The hotel is in a good location in the centre of Nassau. The state of the hotel is very bad. It is like falling apart. The room had many things broken and had very old furnisher. I can mention a few things that were broken (the window blinds, the curtains, the water stopper in the bathroom). The breakfast was ok, not much choices. The pool was emptied and getting re-painted. The staff at the reception was friendly. The cleaners did their job also very good. '

'The natural setting is beautiful. But for >> 1000/night, this experience is WAY below expectations. The staff is not helpful nor present. Certain places were not clean. The wireless does not work. When we asked for help with the thermostat because it was set to 65 degrees, they said the only option is to shut it off and have no AC. You pay 28 dollars for a salad of just leaves and 4 tomatoes or 17 dollars for tortilla chips and salsa. The worst part is the hours. The pool may open at 8 am but...

'Not the best place I have stayed. There are some issues with this hotel & Inn, or however you want to call it. For example, they installed the containers for body wash and shampoo on my hotel's bathroom wall. But they never filled it up with actual bodywash and shampoo. Overall, you pay for what you got in that area. But I do want to thank one of the staff members there. His name is Johnson Shaquilld. He helped me contact airline to check on my delayed luggage, and he helped me again when I left...
