Its very good for a short stay, however the rooms and the furniture are outdated. The soap and shampoo empty in the showers.

The accessibility was very good to old downtown and parks and neighborhood was beautiful but the hotel itself could have better accommodation with that price. For example to have better cleaning service, laundry and tub.

The shower had moldy grout and the refrigerator was full of the previous occupants leftovers. It’s an old building so I expect some noise but it was a bit much to hear people running up and down the stairs at 4am. The staff was very sweet.

Large room with sitting area and bathroom kept in the original boarding room style. Can open the windows onto the street which was nice when weather was good. Original doors mean that you can hear people in the hallway. There were a large group of young people booked in on our second night and staff didn't ask them to be quiet. Kept us up all night with their partying.

We had a great stay at this accommodation. To our surprise, we were upgraded to a suite which is very much welcome after traveling almost the entire day from Toronto. It's a shame we did not get the name of the guy who checked us in. Our guess is he is the owner. Thank you so much. Very much appreciated!
