'Het hotel ligt direct aan de M4 maar toch hoor je vogeltjes fluiten.
De kamer was erg schoon en het personeel vriendelijk. Wij hebben heerlijk geslapen.
Het gratis ontbijt was erg Engels maar wel lekker.
Zeker een aanrader als je zoals wij op doorreis bent.'

8.8 van 10, Voortreffelijk, (40 beoordelingen)
'The staff were extremely helpful and friendly especially when I couldn't open the key cabinet. Dinner was quite excellent and reasonably priced. Room was larger than expected but TV reception was patchy and screen kept freezing perhaps due to poor Wi-Fi reception. One thing to remember, they do not have allocated parking - whilst there is a large car park behind it is £2 for 2 hours and £6 for a day but keep in mind the gates are shut from10pm to 8am which is unhelpful when you need to leave...

'Reception staff were excellent. TV in room didn’t work. Pool area was very clean. The restaurant for breakfast was very good but service in the evening wasn’t very good, no cutlery, no salt on the table, getting staff attention was hard work but appreciate there was training of new staff.'

'The location is remote, peaceful and lovely. It's an old building and full of character with huge, comfortable rooms. All the staff were helpful. Breakfasts were a little limited, but adequate. We didn't enjoy the one dinner we had, but it was good value. Overall I'd recommend this hotel for its excellent value accommodation and location.'
