'We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Grace. The apartment was modern and very clean. The location couldn't have been better. Walking distance to everything we needed and also a bus stop 1 minute walk. 15 Minute bus trip into the city which is so much more convenient than having to take the ferry. A little pricey but it's what you'd expect for that area.'

'Seems to attract a certain crowd as when I walked in, music was VERY LOUDLY being played and it was already 9pm. Did not make me feel safe at all. Rooms were quite messy and just so badly designed. Staff doesn't explain much and doesn't tell you theyre charging you a deposit before doing so. With the amount you are paying, there are so many more convenient and better hostels.'

'Rooms were old and dainted, had issues with the air-conditioning on night 2, they offered fans which was unacceptable so i demanded a new room which they reluctantly obliged after some convincing. Found some of the staff rude and not hospitable. Wont be using this hotel again and will definitely NOT be recommending it to anyone. '

'Perfect appartment with all facilities you need. Serviced daily and one big clean up and service weekly. Espresso machine with cups, huge kingsize bed, 2 tvs, sofa, desk, huge bathroom, dryer, washer, dishwasher, all included. Also the pool is great, bit cold but perfect on hot days. The bubblebath is hot but has like detergent in it. Gym is fantastic and sauna a great place to relax. The supermarket is just around the corner as is a small shopping mall and the North Sydney train station and...
