Vind je ideale hotel in Putnam Valley

'Black spider in my bed. Switched to another room. Glob of hair in the shower drain and shower threshold. I was told the manager would give me a call after I checked out..... never happened. Wouldn't recommend. Newer property, expected more.'

'This is a basic motel for a good night stay. Location is convenient. It has enough parking. Staff was helpful.'

'This is actually a beautiful building. The rooms of especially the bathrooms that they are advertising with Jacuzzi tubs are extremely overdue for renovation. There is paint and tile chipping all over the place in the bathroom and Jacuzzi tub. The sheets had those are yellow stains on them if you know what I’m talking about it looks good from the outside. It’s a different world on the inside.'

'It was difficult to get into the room with two tricky combination locks. You can't watch any TV unless you know your streaming service passwords, no free TV. The coffee machine was plugged in but we couldn't figure out how to work it (no instructions available to read). The mattress was excellent and we slept well. Some might not like the train horns, but we didn't mind.'

'This place is so tired. I went to put something on a shelf and the shelf started falling off the wall. The carpets are filthy. The bedspread was dirty. It was just horrible. I guess you get what you pay for the staff was great thank Goodness for that. We didn’t even complete our stay we checked in and after our event we left we didn’t even sleep the night there.'

'The room was freezing cold for about a half hour when we got there but the heater worked well and eventually it warmed up. Room was large and clean. Parking was right in front of room. Wish the room had a full length mirror. People travel when they have an event to go to and we like to see how we look. The bathroom mirror sort of tilts down for a bit of an outfit check but a full length would have been great. Bed was comfortable and bedding was really nice! Guy who runs the place was very nice!...

'Everything was perfect, but the pool was not available for use. Generally, hotels that include a pool are more expensive, so there should be a note indicating this so that guests can take it into account when making a selection especially since I enjoy using the pool, and in this instance, I was unable to do so :('

'I came to Central Valley for a wedding and arrived after midnight to check-in. There is no one at the service desk to help to check in, instead there is a phone number on the door to call. I redialed the number for half an hour in a row before someone finally picked up. They send somebody in pajamas to the front desk to check me in. I went to the room which was just filthy and dusty. I wanted to complain to change the rooms but could not get a hold of anyone. The towels where damp, old, flinsy...
