Welcome to Lauterbach auf Rügen!Our 2010 elaborately renovated establishment, offers a typical maritime and comfortable furnished and quiet holiday apartment. Located in the basement apartment with large light-flooded sun windows that have their names recognized their special characteristics. The apartment Bernstein (max 2 guests)) offers enough space for a relaxing holiday. During the summer months our guests is also a garden area with seating available, where you can relax and sunbathe. Here is also the possibility for grilling. Our house is located on a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve South East Rügen with many cycling and walking paths to the water there are just walking minutes walk. By the way: There are also many possibilities for your children in the immediate vicinity, such as a visit to the indoor playground Pirateninsel or a football field. On arrival fresh towels are ready and the beds are of course already with sheets. Upon request we provide for free a cot and highchair available. More details can be found in the description of the apartment.  Parklätze are plentiful on the property. For you have brought bicycles is a garaging available. The bus stop for public transport is only about 500 meters away.

Holiday Apartment Bernstein:
The modern and comfortably furnished holiday apartment Bernstein is 47 m² in size and can accommodate a maximum of 3 adults and 1 child (10 years). The apartment is very quiet in the basement of our house and has a separate entrance. Features include: • large master bedroom with flat screen TV • spacious living room with couch (additional bed), dining area, flat-screen TV with DVD player • modern fitted kitchen with a u.. Oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, etc. • newly built bathroom with toilet and shower, hairdryer, cosmetic mirror, towel dryer • spacious entrance hall with cloakroom and SchuhablageEin small cot and a highchair can be provided free of charge on request. On arrival fresh towels are provided and the beds are of course already covered with linen. Beside the house is a terrace with garden furniture and barbecue can be shared.

Arrivals are possible from 16:00 to 19:00 and departures from 07:00 to 10:00.
