'Really nice place. It is an older property but has been rehabbed and in great shape. Kept very clean. Nice patio area in back sitting on the waterway. Ate breakfast out there both days. 1 block walk from the beach. Hotel has chairs available to take to beach but unfortunately no umbrellas. Close proximity to restaurants, boat/jet ski rentals. Would stay here again. '

'This efficiency apartment is well appointed,nicely decorated and just what we needed for our spring break getaway. Be aware that the shower temp is hard to regulate,we never really found the sweet spot, we both just used it as a hand held and showered quickly. The convenience of the location to the beach resturants,ice cream, coffee can't beat it. The common area is well maintained.The property manager called to check in. 'We love walking the beach and this location was perfect for that. Never had visited St Pete’s Beach until this stay. Made sure each day that we were walking the beach before 9 am to avoid the tattoo crowd. St Pete’s Beach is pretty tickey tack and commercial but the beach is beautiful in the morning. Access to the beach from this condo was easy. Go to Ft DeSoto Park for more pristine nature.'

'Adorable place to stay and super close to the beach. I wish parking had been just a little more convenient. There isn’t a coffee shop nearby for morning coffee but there is a maker in the room, next time we will bring our own. Comfortable and cozy. Location was excellent. Will stay again!!'
