Summary:
This is the second of four completely renovated and remodeled modern apartments just 1.5 miles from downtown Punta Gorda and 2 miles from the Punta Gorda airport.

There is a beautiful walking and biking path 3/4 of a mile away. Private, quiet and convenient with all the amenities you could ask for from a "Super Host"!

The Space:
720 sq. ft. apartment (duplex). You will be staying in one side of the duplex. Completely private and quiet.

Guest Access:
One side of a duplex with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, full kitchen and laundry room.

The Neighborhood:
Punta Gorda is a beautiful small town with some of the best restaurants and bars in Charlotte County.

Getting Around:
Close to downtown and 3/4 of a mile from a beautiful walking/bike path that borders Charlotte Harbor

Cute, modern and very clean apartment! The apartment had all the conveniences of home which is just what we needed for our short stay! Though it is located near a major road, it is very quiet and car traffic was minimal and could not be heard inside the apartment. Highly recommend! We will return!

This property was exactly what was described. Very clean and beautifully decorated. The outside patio on the front and the back were very peaceful. Check in was ez. The beds were very comfortable! We will book again.

Great experience with communication, cleanliness and cute home!!! Only possible drawback is the noise from the traffic on 17 that the home sits in close proximity to. We just needed a place to shower and sleep so it was perfect for our stay!!

This property is just as described, perfect for our needs. 2 miles to the riverfront and all that it has to offer. We would definitely recommend, as well as staying here again. No concerns at all!

Beautiful stay!

My sister and I stayed here for three days. It was so nice and clean. We only had one issue with the a/c and the host had a technician out within a couple hours to fix it. If you are looking for a beautiful place with a very convenient location then this is the place for you. Would definitely book again!

Perfect Stay In Punta Gorda

This beautifully remodeled home is close to every thing you need in Punta Gorda. The Queen bed was the most comfortable bed I've slept in away from home. I would highly recommend staying in this beauty!

The place was very clean and everything was new and kept very tidy. TV had Netflix, and many other streaming services. It is close to town, just a 5 minute drive. Only, negative was they only provided 1 small bar of soap and 1 roll of toilet paper for our entire stay. We communicated an d they responded right away. Maybe they could leave extra supplies. It is close to the highway but inside the noise wasn't distracting or affected our sleep.

Better in the pictures than in real life

The property looks great in the photos, but in real life not so much. The garbage receptacles were full when we arrived, completely unhygienic. The bins had maggots growing on them from uncollected trash. The smoke detector was also faulty, going off at random times and waking us up in the middle of the night. I could have booked a hotel room for a cheaper price, but I chose to stay here because of the beautiful photos. Would not recommend.

We are traveling down the gulf and only could stay for one night. The home is absolutely spotless and everything is decorated very nicely. Beds are comfy and everything looks just like it did online. Perfect for extended stays. I just wish it was located closer to center. Ty for prompt responses and communicating !

Cute & Clean in Punta Gorda

Overall, this property fit our needs perfectly and was very budget friendly. Since there were no earlier reviews we had to go by the pictures and online description, which I don’t normally do. However, we were booking last minute and the property was available and the price was right. So, here is our feedback... PROS: Clean, it’s brand-new and very clean Cute, updated and comfy decor - very accurate to online photos - Kuerig in kitchen with multiple types of kcups for use (much appreciated!) - I think the bed had 4-5 pillows that were all just slightly different in softness to choose from - fluffy & soft white towels - plenty of toilet paper and paper towel for our 4-day stay (4 adults) - handsoap provided - blow dryer under sink - 4 nice beach towels provided - comfortable furniture Easy and reliable WiFi Smart TV with Firestick (only 1 HDMI outlet) Filtered water and ice in refrigerator door Nice small brewery two doors over - small dinner selection, but it was good. We went on a Thursday night and played trivia. Very easy access instructions and quick replies from the owner Cons: - Right beside highway, so can hear some noise all the time - wasn’t very impactful to us. - there is no dishwasher- this was our only real disappointment but was doable and dish soap was provided. Notes of interest: - we were cold at night (January stay), so you may want to bring another blanket for the beds - there was only one garbage bag, so you may want to pack one or two instead of having to buy a whole box
