Charcoal BBQ use included in guest stay, if BBQ is not clean upon guest departure an additional fee will be charged to the guest for cleaning.



This is a pet-friendly home! An additional non-refundable cleaning fee at additional cost plus tax will apply when you let us know you're bringing your dog. There is a two-dog limit.

Pet must be disclosed and the additional fee must be paid prior to arrival.



We will provide a welcome pack including the following:

1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom

1 roll of paper towels

2 packets of dishwasher detergent

2 packets of laundry soap

"hotel-size" shampoo and bar soaps per bathroom

Garbage can liners in each bedroom/bathroom small garbage cans

Any supplies beyond this are up to the guest to replenish, we do not restock these items.
