Dear guests!
Villa is surrounded by a picturesque scenery of one of the largest in the Dominican Republic golf clubs. Each of our villas has a private pool that only guests can use. Villa area is 350 m2 (3767,37 sq. ft), 8 persons can comfortably stay there.

For your comfort kitchen is fully equipped. Each bedroom has a private bathroom with bath or shower. There’s a nice patio for you outside with sun beds, table, chairs, hammock, barbeque. You can have your breakfast, rest, make barbecue, everything to spend great time with your family and friends.

You have free access to our private beach with sun beds and umbrellas. It's only 5 mins drive by golf cart. We provide golf carts for rent, 4 seater is $30 /day, usually they are in high demand, that's why we suggest to book in advance. Refundable security deposit $300 is required (when rent is over 1 month, deposit $500).

Before booking please pay attention:
- refundable security deposit of $300 (cash) is required upon arrival
- electricity is extra payment. 1KW is $0.3. Amount spent depends on consumption, season and number of people living
- 5 cubic meters ($5) of water per day is included. If you spend more -you just pay 1$ for each 1m³.
- crowded parties are NOT allowed
- before making reservation please read carefully our house rules
- If you are planning to have any visits from outside the Iberostate complex, please inform the villa manager in advance. All guests should follow the security protocol inside the property. Last minute visits are to be advised before 5 pm on weekdays and before 12 pm on Saturdays. If not advised before this time unfortunately security won’t let visitors in.

We had a nice stay here

We are a family of 8 that stayed in this villa. It is in a remote spot of the Iberostar golf course, with just a few other villas nearby. It felt private and very safe. It was very spacious for us, internet was fine, hot water, kitchen had everything that we needed, parking at the site. It was refreshing opening up the doors and letting the constant breeze pass through the building. I wish that I had known about the store Jumbo sooner, which is like a Wal-Mart for anything you may need. There is a $300 security deposit for power and water, but after 2 nights, we were only charged $35. No complaints and nice start off or ending spot in Dominican Republic as the Punta Cana airport is around 20 minutes away.

The villa was amazing. This was the first time I ever stayed off an all inclusive resort while on vacation and it was amazing. Property was extremely clean and beautiful. Everything you could possibly need is there. They even had a speaker to play music. The security on property takes their job very seriously and makes all guest feel safe. I highly recommend staying at this property to anyone visiting Punta Cana.

Beautiful property

I stayed with 3 friends from 3/13/19 to 3/18/19. The property was as beautiful as shown on the website. The only con was we were promised 4 king beds and there were only 3 but that didn't ruin the trip. The villa was clean and Ernesto the property manager was excellent. He showed around the resort and was always a phone call away. I would definitely choose this property for my next visit to the Dominican. Thanks Ken and thank Ernesto for everything.

Post wedding house!

Just want to say thank you to Sergy (manager) and Ken for the great stay! So very helpful and friendly. The house was beautiful and clean. I definitely recommend getting a golf cart $15 to go to the beach and car $35 for going into town you will save money! You can rent both through management. The villas and private beach were a perfect way to keep the party going and unwind a bit after our wedding. Thanks again for everything!!!

Ask A LOT OF questions before staying here! NOT worth the money!

The house is decent. Not the one pictured, exactly. Nice pool. Nice furniture and beds. Four bedrooms, one with queen bed and three with king. Allcof the bedrooms had a bathroom.The oven did not work and the gas grill required you to go buy charcoal and such. We were charged 45.00 usd to be brought to the house and 45.00 usd to get back to the airport. We were also charged 300.00 usd to pay for water and electricity (who charges that?? Ridiculous) in cash upon arrival. We were very careful about keeping doors and windows closed, kept the AC at about 71 degrees F. And were rarely at the house. Upon departure, the water bill was 6.00 usd and conveniently, the electricity was 231.00 USD. IMPOSSIBLE!! We were absolutely ripped off. Also, we came home to different cheaper kitchen chairs one afternoon without notice. The beach is not very close. You really need a golf cart or a car. Also, you can only be on a very small part of the beach without paying for an Iberostar pass.The resort itself is secluded from any local shops or restaurants and if you do not purchase the all inclusive pass, don't expect to eat anything but Pringles or candy bars as there are not any cash restaurants. Also, when using a credit card, you are charged 15% additional tax, which they don't tell you. The people at the resort will dollar you to death! It was definitely an experience I won't have again. However, the golf course is extremely nice and the excursions were great! Segunda was a great golf caddy.The property manager Sergey was nice and friendly and did his best to help when the cable didn't work and when our golf carts ran out of gas. The experience was good but the cost of house, utilities, and golf carts were outrageous for what we got. Go all inclusive or rent a car for sure! Maybe choose a different place all together?? Nobody should have to pay water and utilities on top of cost of property rental and cleaning fees and other fees. Good luck!

Wonderful way to end 2015

Our stay was Dec 30, 2015 - Jan 7 2016, 5 adults 3 kids The villa was very comfortable and clean. Ken, the owner, was extremely professional in all his email and phone communications and helpful with all my questions. Ernesto, his onsite property manager was very friendly, willing and always available for all our needs only a phone call away and always responding promptly. I strongly suggest guests secure a golf cart or other car rental to get around. The resort is very extensive and that way you can get to see it all and get around easily. I have visited many of the Caribbean islands, first time in Dominican Republic. The beach is absolutely gorgeous and the Dominican locals are hands down the friendliest, funniest and most hospitable that I've ever encountered.

Don't know where to start. I don't usually write reviews so I'll be be brief. It's a modern new villa with all the amenities you would expect. Including fast internet, safe. Great beds. I think it has 4 bedrooms
