LOCATION:

Villa Paraiso is located at Cocotal Golf & Country Club in Bavaro-Punta Cana, the Dominican Republic. The villa is located on the golf course with views of the lake and the golf course’s holes 7/8 (Buganvilla). The lake in front of the villa cannot be used for any water activities, such as swimming, boating, etc.

Located at Melia Resort, just a few minutes away, you’ll have access to the Rafa Nadal Tennis Center ($), which includes tennis courts, pickleball, and paddle.

For guests looking to explore beyond the resort, the white sands of Bavaro Beach are just a short 5-minute drive from the entrance of Cocotal. You’ll also find a wide selection of local restaurants, beach bars, cafés, shopping, and entertainment just outside the resort gates.

Punta Cana Airport (PUJ) is located about 17 kilometers or about 10.5 miles from the resort’s entrance, and Santo Domingo Airport (SDQ) is about a 3-hour drive away.

THE SPACE:

Villa Paraiso is a stunning 8-bedroom, 8 1/2 bath, 2-story villa with private pool, Jacuzzi, games, bar in the living room (beverages are not included), and 3 primary bedrooms.

Step into Villa Paraiso through its impressive double front doors, and you’ll immediately be greeted a grand living room area, perfect for entertaining or relaxing in the comfortable sofa area. The living room also includes a bar (beverages are not included) with a large flat-screen TV and a poker table. For special events, you have the option to hire a professional bartender for the night or your entire stay for an additional cost.

The interior of Villa Paraiso is modern and very stylish with colorful Caribbean artwork that gives the villa a warm and welcoming feel.

From the living room, you can walk directly out the double glass doors to the outdoor terrace with pool, Jacuzzi, and sofa lounge area. This is your own Caribbean paradise with a beautiful view of the lake and golf course. NOTE: The Jacuzzi can be heated, but the pool cannot.

The formal dining room is elegantly set with a large dining table seating 16 comfortably. If you prefer a more casual dining experience, you can enjoy your meals outside on the poolside patio. The fully equipped kitchen comes with a gourmet chef included in your villa rental. Your private chef will prepare all your meals during your stay, so you can relax and enjoy your vacation (groceries not included).

Upstairs, the game area awaits with a foosball table and a pool table, promising hours of fun. Relax on a comfortable couch and watch TV, completing your luxurious vacation experience at Villa Paraiso.

When you stay at Villa Paraiso, you can enjoy the following villa amenities:

VIP inclusion: Access to Jellyfish Beach Club & Restaurant on Bávaro Beach (advance reservations required). Complimentary transportation is included with a minimum food & beverage consumption of US$25 per person, payable in advance via secure payment link and applied as a restaurant/bar credit (non-refundable if unused). Reservations are subject to availability and blackout dates may apply, including private events. Outside food and beverages are not permitted. Food and beverages at Jellyfish are not included in the villa rental and must be paid directly to the restaurant.

VILLA STAFF:

Chef: Your private Spanish-speaking chef will prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner to be enjoyed at the villa (groceries are not included). The chef may reside on the property in a separate living area.

Housekeeper: The Spanish-speaking housekeeper will clean the villa, make the beds, and wash towels and linens (usually every 3rd day). We do not offer personal laundry service. The housekeeper may reside on the property in a separate living area.

Villa Manager: You’ll also have an English- and Spanish-speaking villa manager available during your stay. This is your go-to person for any questions or if you need any services that you haven’t booked before your arrival. The villa manager will greet you when you arrive at the villa, check you in, and will be available daily throughout your entire stay.
