Guest have access to the entire 2200 Sqft unit. We have free parking that includes 1 parking spot. If you are traveling a larger group and plan on renting multiple cars please let us know.

We want your visit to be stellar thus making your personal comfort our priority!

Electricity usage is included in your stay. We realize that our guest are from all parts of the globe and for some the heat and humidity will require more energy usage for your comfort. We ask that you balance comfort with environmental sustainability and efficient energy usage during your stay by turning off the TV and lights & A/C when not in use.

Room damages will be itemized and communicated/confirmed upon completion of the guest check out inspection and communicated through the platform. We conduct a detailed inspection of all the furnishings, appliances between visits to ensure our home is fully reset for your enjoyment and when warranted provide you with prior notice so not to impair your special moment.

Our guest home is in the heart of a populated, vibrant and busy beach epicenter that suits the traveler in search of adventure, fun, memory building and convenience. This also comes with the "sounds of excitement" that fill the area on a given day during the core hours but the area transitions into a early morning calm and stillness for your to capture content as the sun rises.

☞ Our penthouse is on the 5th floor/top floor of the condo. The unit is a split level penthouse with a staircase to the upper level of the unit thus an unofficial 6th floor .

☞ Seaweed/Sargassm. The beaches receive continuous cleaning but the amount of seaweed on the beaches varies seasonally.
