WOW!!! This 2 level Penthouse is like no other - New, Spacious, Luxurious, yet very comfortable and minutes from Los Corales Beach! Guests will enjoy 3 bedrooms with premium King and Queen bedding, 3 ensuite spa-like baths, a functional well-equipped kitchen with new stainless steel appliances, and an open living/dining area. High efficiency A/C, ceiling fans and flat screen Smart TVs are found in the living area as well as each bedroom. You'll enjoy beautiful tropical views from each light-filled room and the 400 square foot private outdoor living area is an absolute dream! Plenty of room for relaxing early morning or late into the night among swaying coconut palms and warm Caribbean breezes!

This awesome Penthouse is located at the SANCTUARY at Los Corales - a small private condominium establishment located in the heart of the private Los Corales community. Only 6 condos, so no crowds here! You'll have access to a refreshing plunge pool just downstairs as well as a larger community pool just a short walk away. Vacationers love the safety and convenience of Los Corales. Our community features 24/7 guarded entry, access to the gorgeous Los Corales Beach with private beach lounges and palapas, tranquil landscaped garden walkways throughout the community and 4 restaurants open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Of course, if you prefer to cook, your condo has everything needed to make delicious meals, or better yet, let us arrange for a personal chef!

Safe, friendly, and close to the beach

Our property manager Yasha was the best! She met us the first day to let us in and give us a tour of the property. When we had trouble with one of the AC units she had someone there quickly to fix it. The property is clean and part of the Los Corales resort so you have access to their amenities as well. It is an easy 5 min walk to the beach. There are plenty of restaurants, but no close large grocery stores. I would stay here again! We had plenty of space.

Most Attractive Property in the Area

I spent 3 months in Punta Cana in the Bavaro area. This property is the most updated and attractive. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure that you are comfortable and happy.

AMAZING PLACE!!!

The property manager was absolutely amazing!!! I loved staying at The Sanctuary!!! We rented the condo/penthouse. We loved it! It was 5 of us . 3 adults and 2 kids. My kids enjoyed this place completely. The security guards were friendly and the people around the neighborhood were also friendly. The walk to beach is super close, maybe only 6 minutes. The only thing that was a little difficult for us was since it’s covid some places closed early . I will say the property manager did warn us about that. Most restaurants closed early like around 5pm. But..... I will say a couple around our area stayed opened later until 8 or 9 . Also, Juan Pablo the person who helps with the excursion is great and helpful. We will definitely be back!!!

Very nice and big

The condo was immaculately clean and spacious. The beds were very comfortable. The bathrooms were clean and modern. It is within walking distance to several restaurants and super markets. Enjoyed our stay!

Fantastic property and even better service!

The property was kept in great shape throughout our stay, and we felt completely safe at all times. The staff there are very friendly and accommodated any random requests that we had, making our stay even more enjoyable. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a nice place to stay in Bavaro regardless of the time of year!

From arrival to departure the property manager was very attentive to our needs. Jackie even added a special touch to my trip with a birthday cake where we had reservations for my birthday dinner! I would recommend this property to anyone who visits DR! Thank you for your service!

3-star service and amenities

We had a positive initial impression of the property - it looked just like in the pictures. However, relative to the price of our stay, we were surprised that basic amenities were lacking, which significantly impacted the quality of our stay. Facts: -Stayed for one week -Be prepared to pay ~$80 for a week’s worth of electricity -Be prepared to wear a plastic wristband for the duration of your stay (not mentioned in the listing, as far as we could tell) Good: -Cleaning staff came to clean the place every two days, replacing towels and making the beds -Well-stocked kitchen hardware (pots, pans, blender, knives, cups, plates etc.) and gas stoves. -5 minute walk to Bavaro beach -No issues with parking our rental car -The manager Marina was very helpful and made herself always available, even on Christmas. -The manager and staff brought us a nice Christmas surprise. Issues: -The property provided only 6 beach towels for 6 people, and we were not able to have these replaced with clean towels after a day on the beach for the next day’s activities when needed. This issue was finally addressed on our last day after we complained, when the manager provided us with 6 new beach towels. -Basic necessities like paper towels, shampoo, body wash, etc. were were not replaced when they ran out until we complained repeatedly. Dish soap was not provided. -Nitpickey, but all of the towels shed lint all over our bodies and faces, so we could never get truly clean after showering. -Security is good (with a security guard every night), but almost too good. We had a delivery one night, and the security guard would not allow our delivery person to come into our apartment. If the above mentioned issues with the beach towels, and replacement of essential items were corrected, then I could give my review as 4-stars. Unfortunately, that was not my family’s experience, but hopefully management can correct these issues in the future.

Immaculate and fantastic staff!

Our stay at the Sanctuary exceeds our expectations. Ezekiel and his staff were fantastic! We got a tour of the property and outside the gate when we arrived so we knew right off where everything was. Highly recommend Kats Korner (awesome daiquiri's), Wacamole, Joy, and El Portico for restaurants. Set back from the ocean but only a short walk to the beach and restaurants. Quiet and no crowds or spring breakers. Ezekiel responded quickly to texts, arranged our excursions, and even had an authentic Dominican dinner prepared for us on our last night by his staff. It was Fantastic! The room was clean and had everything we needed. Property is well maintained and we felt safe at all times. We had massages in the garden that were also wonderful. The beach was clean and not crowded. Beware of wandering towards the "shops". High pressure by vendors to lure you into their shops and felt very uncomfortable. You will encounter the parasailing and excursion sales on the beach but it wasn't as high pressure. Overall can't say enough about Ezekiel. He truly loves his job and wants to make sure you are well taken care of.
