Upon arrival everything flowed well and the space looked exactly like the pictures. After scanning we discovered the balcony sliding doors do not close all the way. Safety was a matter of great importance to me as i was traveling alone with a small child. I communicated this ahead of time. Sleep was not possible that night. Until their cleaning crew informed them of the outside shutter, “Carlos Vasquez” and team had no knowledge of how to secure that balcony. Then, a foul smell took over the space. It was unbearable. Like something had died in the pipes. Windows and balcony had to be left open and fans on for the air to flow. The sleep-sofa in the living room is broken. Mattress had to go on the floor for sleep. Not a big deal but worth mentioning. No blankets, only thin sheets. Appliances (microwave, toaster, coffee maker) stopped working 3 days in. Something to do with the kitchen plugs. Outside of all that, the building is super quiet, ample and clean. And the apartment is spacious and very tastefully decorated.
