Pula Sardinia. The studio is located in a residence on a garden plot with lawn, flowers, shrubs, and trees. The residence is situated in a park surrounded by a dense pine forest. The beach of Cala Brianza is only 250 m from the residence; the beach of Foxi e Sali is 800 m away. In a quiet and discreet location, the residence features a saltwater swimming pool with a large sun terrace and a bar with a spacious relaxation area. The property is 3 km from Pula and about 40 km from the port and airport of Cagliari. Nearby, there is a golf course and riding stables. The apartments are surrounded by greenery, arranged in a semicircle around the swimming pool, and can be either on the ground floor or the first floor. All apartments have a view of the park. Access is via a path (gravel or crushed stone). Parking is available on the street in front of the house.
