A residence located in South Sardinia in Santa Margherita di Pula, nestled in a verdant park directly on the sea. There is a children's play area, washing machine and dryer for common use, wifi, unattended outdoor parking, air conditioning, a large saltwater swimming pool with a large solarium area, the barbecue area, ideal for convivial moments, and a bar with a cozy relaxation area.

Although the apartments belong to the same type, they may differ in terms of furnishings and equipment.
The kitchenette and waste disposal are the responsibility of the client. If these obligations are not met, a penalty of € 50.00 will be charged for failure to clean the kitchenette and an additional € 50.00 for failure to deliver waste.

The apartments consist of living room with kitchenette, double or twin bed bathroom with shower.

Although belonging to the same type, the apartments may differ in furnishings and equipment.
Kitchenette and waste disposal are the responsibility of the client. If these obligations are not fulfilled, a penalty of 50.00 will be charged for failure to clean the kitchenette and an additional 50.00 for failure to dispose of waste.
