Located in Pula-Sikici, a quiet location that is just a few minutes drive from Pula City, Medulin and wonderful beaches.

On the ground floor there is a guest toilet and access to the L-shaped living/dining area. In the open, top-equipped kitchen with counter, you can cook with friends or family and enjoy your meal at the large table in the dining area. The spacious living room offers two comfortable sofas, a large TV and a cozy area by the fireplace for cooler evenings.

The spacious terrace is accessible from the living room and has an outdoor shower next to the pool. Around the house, there are green areas as well as a parking space.

On the first floor there are three bedrooms (rooms 1 and 2 each with two single beds and room 3 with a king-size double bed), each with a spacious wardrobe and a desk that can also be used as a dressing table. There is a large bathroom with a shower and bath. You will also find a small laundry room with washing machine, ironing board and iron.
