'We had a nice stay here and enjoyed the Caribbean side of CR. We were however not impressed by this accommodation, in our opinion it did not deliver enough value for the money we paid. The breakfast is very nice and the chef very friendly, but that was excluded and cost extra. All minimum services are there, but we have stayed at better places for less money and better hospitality. I guess my suggestion would be to either make it an AirBnB where the guest can use the shared kitchen, or be indeed...

The only negative was that they did not serve any food (except breakfast) and that the roof made a lot of noise when it was raining (there are some kind of plastic protection on the roof of the room which make the rain sound a lot, hard to sleep without earplugs). 'Our stay at Samasati was very relaxing. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The location was so beautiful - we saw so much wildlife and loved falling asleep to the sound of rain on the roof and waking up with the birds and monkeys.
