My husband and I stayed in this apartment for 3 weeks in April. For the most part, it was an excellent stay. The building itself is quiet, seems well-managed, and has a beautiful roof-top pool and lounge areas, though some umbrellas to shield the sun would be welcome additions. The main room of the apartment is bright and the view is expansive and beautiful (the photos don't lie). The kitchen is well appointed and the rooms are all generously sized. The mattress was firm, our strong preference. The internet functioned well for both of us working remotely. Although we never heard neighbors in the building, the surrounding Zona Romantica is not exactly prone to monastic silence, though by 11 or 12 at night the ambient noise subsided nearly completely. Also, the heavy glass panes are pretty good noise insulators.
We did have a few mechanical hiccups in the first half of our stay: the drain pipe under the kitchen sink detached, the lock box on our apartment's door completely stopped working when we were outside the apartment, and one of our two security cards for accessing the building stopped working. Each was an obvious inconvenience and irritation, but the property manager, Tiani, responded with consummate professionalism each time. She always responded quickly and stayed on top of the situation until it was resolved. Some compensation was suggested to us but never actually given, which we would have welcomed, though we didn't push it.
