Gorgeous Rooftop Pool, Secure Building, Steps from Los Muertos Beach in Old Town

Look no further, you have found a fabulous unit! Our place is located on the 5th floor (there is an elevator) and is a two bedroom two bathroom unit perfect for two couples or a family looking to be in the best location in town without breaking the bank.

Maid service is three times a week to sweep and mop, change towels, water plants, take out trash etc. Sheets are cleaned once a week. There are laundry facilities on the roof if you need them for personal items.

The building is gated and private for your safety and to take you away from the hustle and bustle of the outside world. There is a receptionist on site 24 hours a day as well as a full-time building administrator and maintenance staff to take care of any needs you may have during your stay. Please note, we are not a hotel, so though there is a staff member on site at all times, we cannot always accommodate all requests instantly. The building has a relaxing lobby area and atrium garden, a rooftop pool, grilling area, as well as a game room, and laundry. The views from above are sure to take your breath away!

The master bedroom has a comfortable king size bed with brand new mattress with double stained glass doors opening to the terrace, extending the room and giving you an indoor outdoor feel allowing the sounds of the surf and the city to lull you to sleep if you choose. A dresser and large closet provide ample storage for your items, plus a small safe to lock up valuables. There is an alarm clock as well as a TV in the bedroom. It does have a new air conditioner, though the overhead fan is usually all you need. The master bath has a large tiled shower with shampoo niche and bench as well as a single sink with granite counter top, large mirror, dual flush toilet and hairdryer.

The second bedroom also has a brand new king size bed, alarm clock, and closet storage space, safe, as well as an overhead ceiling fan and air conditioner. The second bath is similar to the first with a new granite counter top, sink, dual flush toilet, large mirror, and tiled shower with shampoo niche.

The unit comes fully equipped with everything you could need for your stay including items to prepare meals at home, as well as towels and linens, bottled purified water, TV in the living room, as well as a stereo. There is a small collection of books as well as a few games, puzzles and decks of cards and beach toys in the closet. We have a stove, refrigerator, microwave, blender, coffee maker, and toaster as well as plenty of dishes, flatware, glasses, pots and pans etc. The dining area is perfect for your group of four - as well as a table for four out on the balcony. You also have access to the rooftop kitchen and BBQ.

Our building only has 33 units and is located in the heart of the Romantic Zone in Old Town Puerto Vallarta. It is located just a couple of steps from the beach, a minutes walk to dozens of fantastic restaurants and galleries, and located right on a gorgeous park plaza where there is a busy Saturday market in peak season as well as morning Zumba classes at 8am six days a week and the occasional early evening performance. Unfortunately, due to our strict HOA bylaws, no animals of any kind will be permitted to enter the property. You will be turned away at the front desk and not refunded.

You'll love this location and you'll spend hours on the patio enjoying not only the view of the plaza park area below which hosts a lovely Saturday Market, but also the beach and ocean to the right. It just doesn't get much better than this!
