A few restaurants and a couple of nice beaches are within walking distance. So is Jak Water Sports, a fantastic option for a nighttime bioluminescent kayaking tour in Mosquito Bay.'

'A super helpful staff that picks up the phone and helps out for a self check in hotel. Booked day of, had to change reservation like 3 times, and they helped me through it all. Room was super easy to get into, directions were smooth and simple, and the area was perfect. Right next to one of the most active parts of town, and a 8 minute walk from the Bio Bay tours. Be aware, there's no microwave in the room. AC worked amazing. Showers hot water lasted well, just don't blast it. '

'We stayed for 4 comfortable nights. Location is great for walking to restaurants, shops, and the malecon blvd in Esperanza, but we were glad to have our rental truck to drive all over the island. We were glad to have AC window units in the bedrooms for sleeping. Our kids were entertained by the sweet kitties and wild chickens and did not mind not having a TV. Our host was helpful and responded to our questions about local establishments to visit and eat at. We would definitely stay at Casa Mango...
