Just a 4-minute walk from the condo is Playa Dorada Shopping Center, where you can find restaurants, a children's area, a pharmacy, an ATM, a small movie theater, and souvenir shops.

A JUMBO supermarket/department Store. (similar to Walmart or Target) is less than 10 minutes away by car.

The Playa Dorada complex is fully gated and contains about 8 resorts. You can walk safely and find a shopping center, golf course and international restaurants.

- THINGS TO NOTE -

Please note that the maximum capacity is 6 guests, which includes children ages 2 and up. If more than 6 guests were to sleep in the condo, a fine will apply of $50 per extra person per night.

Very Important - Your stay includes an average usage of electricity and air conditioning which allows guests to use the air conditioners for approximately 12 hours a day. We recommend using them at bedtime (example 10pm to 10am) and using them conservatively during the day whenever possible. It's also important to leave the air conditioners turned off if you're not in the apartment and doors/windows should never be kept open while the air conditioning is on, as this could cause damage. It’s important to please follow these rules during your stay as exceeding the average electrical consumption and misuse of the equipment could generate additional charges.
