Marina Pinacate Villa-18 Slice Of Paradise Private Relaxing Villa

This is a lovely 3 bedroom, 4 bathrooms, private villa within the Marina Pinacate Resort. The Marina Pinacate is located on the very beautiful and relaxing Playa Hermosa beach. The resort has a huge swimming pool, a soothing Jacuzzi, tiled sunbathing decks and a common area BBQ. The BBQ is great for grilling up your fresh catch of the day. The resort also has a business and fitness center in the main center lobby. This resort enjoys the convenience of being within walking distance of many stores, bars, and restaurants. This villa has a living room that has been furnished with two red-colored sofas, of which one is a comfortable pull out bed that can accommodate 2 additional guests. The walls are adorned with art and there are floor lamps and art deco pieces on both sides of the couch. There are matching end tables and a red ottoman. There are two sliding glass doors that open up to your own private covered oceanfront patio and a beehive fireplace, which is where the flat-screen TV and DVD have been placed. The dining room has a rectangular wood table with seating for 6, and behind the dining table, there is a mirror that really opens up the room and makes it feel even larger and more spacious. There is also a buffet table below the mirror that can be used as a serving station for your guests. The kitchen has white cabinets with complimenting granite countertops and matching granite backsplash. The appliances are all white on white and include a built-in microwave, oven, stove, dishwasher, and refrigerator. There are also small countertop appliances like a toaster, coffee maker and blender. The kitchen drawers, cupboards, and pantry are filled with everything you could possibly need for cooking and entertaining. The kitchen also has a built-in breakfast bar lined with three high back dark wood bar stools, which is a great place to sit and wait for the morning coffee to brew. The master bedroom has a king-size bed with a dark wood bed frame and a slate gray bedding set. There is a lovely black wrought iron deco piece above the bed and matching bedside tables on both sides of the bed. There is an entertainment stand opposite the bed with a large flat-screen TV and DVD player. There are two sliding glass doors that open up to your own private oceanfront patio. The master bathroom has double sink granite vanities with plenty of lighting and counter space. The bathroom has a shower with a clear glass door enclosure. The 2nd bedroom has a queen-size bed with matching bedside tables and a dresser. The 3rd bedroom has two twin size wood-framed beds with matching patchwork quilts in red, yellow and blue, a bedside table between the beds and a dresser on the opposite wall. This room is perfect for the kids or two adults. The hall bathroom has a single sink vanity with a lot of counter space and there are a stand-up tub and shower combo with a lovely colorful shower curtain. The patio has been furnished so that you may dine at sunset or enjoy happy hour with frozen margaritas. The villa comes with a washer, dryer, and ceiling fans throughout.
