Welcome to a colorful, enchanting and luminous house in one of the next upcoming cities of Quintana Roo. Completely furnished and equipped with all the necessities, it is all you need to make your stay memorable. Escape the crowds of Playa del Carmen and Cancun by staying at this peaceful sanctuary but still remain in close proximity with some of the most coveted and touristic places that the Riviera Maya has to offer.

There are 2 bedrooms and both of them have King size beds. The biggest bedroom contains 2 Individual beds ( which makes a King size ) that can be separated and accommodate, for example, small children. Both bedrooms have large sliding doors with mosquito nets leading to the backyard garden and patio area of the house, where you can have your morning coffee in natural shade provided by the old tree and where you can see and hear different birds. Both bedrooms have ACs for your convenience.

There is a fully equipped kitchen: microwave, coffee maker, electric stove-top, toaster, extra-wide toaster oven, extractor hood, bar stools and more.

The dining area has an AC as well. There are 2 comfortable sofas, a smart TV and Internet. There is also private parking space in the driveway of the house.

The guests will have access to the garden and patio area where they can have breakfast in the natural shade provided by the tree. The area is separated from the neighbors.

The neighborhood mostly consists of families with kids, young couples or other travelers. It is full of expats and locals. There are a few convenience stores located at a walking distance from the house and a cozy coffee shop which offers breakfast, lunch and dinner options.
There is a new fruit and veggies place that just opened around the corner where you can buy fresh local produce.

There is a typical Mexican "Taqueria" (traditional Mexican restaurant serving tacos, tortas and quesadillas among others) located around the corner and a laundry place at a walking distance.

The shuttle bus along with the taxi station are located at a walking distance ( 2 minutes ).

There is also a football pitch located around the corner. There is a small bar offering Mexican food and drinks located around 5 minutes from the house. The grocery store Aki is located around 15 minutes walking distance.
