Casa Verde is a spacious, two-story open-air beach house located just steps from the Pacific Ocean. Designed for up to 6 guests, the home features three bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and comfortable living and dining areas.



Its elevated wooden design and open layout offer beautiful ocean views, tropical breezes, and the sounds of waves throughout the home.



Outdoor seating areas and hammocks provide space to relax, enjoy meals, or take in the coastal views. With the ocean so close, Casa Verde offers a unique beachfront experience surrounded by the natural beauty of Cabo Matapalo.

Guests have exclusive access to Casa Verde, including all three bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, living and dining areas, and private outdoor spaces. Guests can also enjoy the property's swimming pool and outdoor grilling areas, with the beach just steps away.

Getting Around:

Casa Verde can be reached by car via Puerto Jiménez, followed by approximately 40 minutes on an unpaved gravel road. A 4x4 vehicle is strongly recommended, especially during the rainy season.



Alternatively, you can fly into Puerto Jiménez, and we can help arrange transportation to the property.



We recommend arriving during daylight hours and purchasing groceries and essentials before heading to Cabo Matapalo. Having your own vehicle is the most convenient way to explore nearby beaches and attractions.
