Located in Puente Genil, Marisol House offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The 75 m² property features a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom, and 1 bathroom, accommodating up to 3 guests. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a smart TV with streaming services, air conditioning, a fan, and a washing machine. A ping-pong table is also provided for your enjoyment. A cot and high chair are available.



Enjoy the shared outdoor facilities during your stay: a pool shared with the host (open from May to September 15), a garden, an open terrace, a covered terrace, a barbecue, and an outdoor shower. Pool opening may be affected by drought restrictions imposed by Andalusia and/or local authorities.



Public transport connections are within walking distance, and a tennis court is a 15-minute walk away. Free on-street parking is available.



Pets, smoking, and parties are not permitted. The property has step-free access throughout; however, please note the bathroom is not adapted for guests with reduced mobility.



Security cameras and/or audio recording devices are on the premises. Beach/pool towels are provided. There is parking for motorcycles and bicycles. The property uses energy-saving lighting, and part of the electricity is generated by photovoltaic panels.
