'Used this as our base for a family stay. Being close to West Yorkshire worked really well for us. Didn't expect to enjoy the restaurant as much as we did. The bar was probably my favourite bit. Nice little trip.'

'Absolutely great property, had everythign we needed and it exceedong our expectations. Great host, chnaged our dates for us at the last minute (we're very grateful!). Really fabulous place, pictures dont donit justice! '

'Superb location can't be beat considering the privacy, balcony and car park next door.'

'I booked this stay to go to a concert at the nearby Brudenell Social Club (5-10 minute walk) and it was the perfect choice. Excellent communication with the host made the check in process very smooth. I strongly recommend it.'

'Had a nice time, no complaints really.'

It was quiet and I slept well. The reception is only open for a limited time, and it is in a different building, which is not ideal with luggage, but it would certainly not put me off coming again.'

'Terrible communication before arrival led to delayed check in and was the cause of great frustration after a long drive. No understanding or apology from the property management, completely opposite response from hotels.com who did their best to resolve the issue and were very understanding. Entering the property we discovered a loudly beeping smoke alarm which we had to take down and remove the battery to stop the annoying sound. 'Exceptionally clean, great place'
