Villa's in Prudence Island

'Hello… another stay at BW… it was a pleasant stay. Friendly checkin staff. Breakfast staff was not so pleasant she was not helpful and for starting the day the supplies weren’t fully stocked and when I asked her for a hard boiled egg she said they are full I took the empty container and she was well… Everyone else is kind and caring, guess if you work the morning you need to be awake and pleasant.. where was get customer service? Parking lot is always well lite and plenty of parking. I will...

'I absolutely loved everything about our stay! The front desk ladies were amazing, and I can’t say enough nice things about them. The room and entire hotel were very clean, and breakfast was wonderful. Kudos to the kitchen staff! My only disappointment was the hot tub. I specifically booked this hotel because of the hot tub, breakfast and lastly location. Had I known the hot tub had just come out of construction and wasn’t fully functioning or up to its full potential, I would have chosen another...

'There are some maintenance issues that need to be addressed...our tv kept acting up, our toilet nearly overflowed, two drawers would not stay closed, and the ice machine on our floor was out of order all three days. Friendly staff, good breakfast, but a little disappointed since I had stayed here before and chose it because of my good experience back in June.'

'Qua administratie erg slordig Bar bon op ons kamer nummer gezet terwijl wij geen gebruik van gemaakt hebben '

'De kamer was zeer ruim en schoon. Het rook echter naar vocht. De prijs was ivm laborday flink opgeschroefd. Het ontbijt was karig met weinig keus. Het hotel ligt perfect met een bushalte voor de deur. '

'This is a good option at a good price. The hotel in general is a little dated, but I'm not sure I am willing to pay double the price for a newer/remodeled facility. In general, a really good value for what you get.'

'Kamer was erg ruim niet het nieuwste maar gewoon goed.'

'Front desk staff super friendly. Room clean. Quiet floor. Breakfast area was clean, well stocked and tasty. Would stay again'

'great'

'Fijn net hotel met goede ontbijt faciliteiten. '

'The room was clean, I couldn’t find the laundry at first but the gal at the desk said she was new and we’d find it together. I didn’t make to the breakfast bar, but it smelled good on my way by. Air conditioning worked.'

'It was so clean and the staff are very friendly'
