« The unit was great and served our family well. However finding it was extremely difficult. We had a rental car and luckily our friend who lives there was with us and able to get us close enough to be able to move our bags. I’m not sure we ever would have found the unit without her help. Including a video showing how to find the entry door from both the walking mall and from the nearby parking garage or alley would be extremely useful and helpful. The stairs up to the unit were steep but luckily...

« Nice place. All automatic check in. Free laundry in the basement was convenient (although wash dry takes 5 hours). No AC so can be toasty if there’s a heat wave. »
