Overall it was a nice stay. The place did look like the pictures on the listing. It was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. For someone looking not to stay in the heart of Ptown, it was a nice location.

Problems in the unit

Misleading Marketing: the photo shows an ocean view. There was no ocean view. Kitchen Cleanliness: There were dirty dishes, silverware, cookware in the cabinets. The coffeemaker was unusable. Bathroom: there was no shower soap, not even a sliver. No toiletries of any kind. There were personal items, razor, toothbrush, boy butter(?) underneath the bathroom sink. There were many personal items cluttering the counters and bedrooms. This unit is located in a condominium complex; it is not a "blue cottage". The description noted "laundry facilities". There was no such facility onsite. The management told me they would look on "google" to find something. (I'm capable of doing that as well) We looked online for a coin laundry and didn't find anything. We visited the police station (Back The BLUE!) and they told us about a coin laundry next to the grocery store. Thank you Provincetown Police! The rental cost for this sub par unit is unjustified.

we had to move after one night

I have reviewed this property several times with you and Vacasa. Vacasa was fabulous helping us relocate after one night as the property was almost uninhabitable due to the excess of the owners belongings everywhere.

Great stay in Provincetown! :)

Great location, very clean, excellent property except for decor, which for the price, one would expect to be better. Infrastructure great from heated toilet seat , shower and very rapid & functional heat as nights were on the cold side (normal for this time of year). Did not have a clear view of the water as described.

Overall great stay!

Positives* Place was clean and easily accessible. Very spacious living room, nice porch, and overall inviting atmosphere! Toiletries provided! Downsides* No blankets on the beds and had a bit of a musky smell. Also not directly waterfront (across the street). However, overall pleased and would rebook!

Was right in the middle of where we wanted to be. On the edge of Provincetown on the bay close to race point beach awesome location! Downside patio screen large tear. Outside stairs slippery when wet. Just minor 5 stars

Decent location, spacious but some flaws...

The place was just fine. Fresh new bathroom and kitchen. A/C were wall units requiring much needed filter maintenance. The smell of stale cigarette smoke permeated through the condo. The listing was misleading regarding a pool.... for a small fee a pool at the hotel next door - pool can be used, there is no condo/community pool for guest use. Traveling with two young kids, this was a major fail... For the elevated summer pricing, I feel ripped off...
