The home sits on a top a small hill providing a great view to Providence Skyline. Perfectly situated to experience Providence night life, culture and our renowned dining and entertainment.

The property boasts a quaint back deck, and fenced in yard perfect to unwind after your day. The home comfortably sleeps 12 people with a spacious kitchen and dining perfect for a family dinner.

We are a 6 minute drive to downtown Providence, 40 minute drive to downtown Boston, 45 minute drive to local beaches including Newport!

Dirty and disgusting

Property was dirty outside with trash and alcohol bottles laying around when we opened the door a dead rotting mouse lay dead I almost stepped on it it took 2 days to get the smell under control had to launder everything it looked like all towels and bedding was used with dry white snotty marks on the covers the place was run down and a lot of things were broken and beds were small. I have never rented a place that had so many issues I would feel embarrassed to rent this out

Property was everything we thought it would be and more. Impeccably clean, very spacious and property manager extremely accommodating and responsive. Staying at this property made this new Grandmas plans to celebrate Thanksgiving a week early with family in the area very enjoyable.

I sent this to the owner but never got an answer back: The place was super nice, and we all liked it very much, but I'm going to be brutally honest, there are a few things: There was a field mouse in the bathroom No toilet paper (I assume we have to take care of that, but still wanted to let you know, I left a bunch of rolls there, because we're not going to take it) A bathroom light didn't work By the floor heaters, there were cobwebs and were super dusty and had dirt from the plants The floors were dirty in all the bedrooms There were a bunch of towels in the washer and dryer still wet The bunk beds felt like you were sleeping on the springs The bunk beds were very loose, you can just touch them and they shook In the first bedroom to the right, the bed made a lot of noise due to the box spring, you just moved and it would make a ton of noise It's an ok place to stay for a day or two but would bring an air mattress and sleep in the dinning room.

Cousins trip

The outside of the house was completely unkempt and looked nothing like the pictures that were listed in the listing. The inside was a little better, however the central air was not working and it was hot and stuffy. The kitchen cabinets and drawers were messy and there were dishes already in the dishwasher. Not sure if they were clean or not. The beds were extremely uncomfortable and they all made noises when turning in the bed. Didn’t have the passcode to the door ahead of time, had to call owner to get it when I arrived. Overall we just used it for a place to sleep and shower. I think it has potential if the owners were to keep it a little nicer inside and out. Don’t think I would stay here again.

Great stay!

My sister and I planned a trip to come celebrate my sister with some friends by having a girls weekend. Not only was the house absolutely gorgeous but the owner was friendly and communicative! He answered any and all questions I had along with checking in with us after we made it to the house to see if we needed anything. Great location and great experience overall!

Great holiday stay

Easy location near family in both directions north and south. The hosts even put up a Christmas tree which was a really nice touch for us spending the holiday away from our own home and decorations. Made it feel much more cozy. We brought our dog with us and the fenced in yard was great. Very comfortable.

Although it is a residential neighborhood, it is what you would expect being so close to a city. Location was excellent in that it was close to everything. Communication with owner was almost instantaneous. Its a great place to have as a home base while you explore. But the space is not great for just hanging out longer than you need to get ready.

Pleasant Stay

We had booked to stay for 4 night at this property! It was a perfect place to stay while visiting family. Has a nice fenced in backyard, which was great for my son to play in. The house was very neat, big TV, and very cool decorating with the masks on the wall. The water pressure in the shower was amazing, and Francois was very helpful, and responsive when we needed him to answer any questions or bumped into any trouble. We would absolutely stay here again!

The owner checked in with us the next day to see how everything was, so nice. The place was so nice and clean. The room with the bunk beds were perfect. Would definitely go again.

Softball in Providence

House was perfect for our needs!! Kitchen and the dining table worked great for games as our softball tournament was rained out!! Beds were comfy, shower head was amazing, backyard fenced for our dog to play freely and the tv was huge. Communication was on point and definitely go with the suggested restaurants, we can’t wait to be in the area to go back to all the delicious places we ate at.
