'The host was very responsive! It is a quiet and secure location with a large gate at the entrance of the driveway. Traveling alone, I felt safe and secure. It was very clean. It is a basement apartment with a separate, private entrance. Minutes from downtown, hospitals and Roger Williams Park. '

'Beyond convenient location to Roger Williams Park/Zoo and a short drive to downtown Providence. Apartment was extremely clean and comfortable. Hosts were family friendly and provided us with a pack and play for our toddler son. Would stay here again!'

'The apartment was beautiful and very comfortable! There are window AC units in each bedroom (there was not a portable unit as described in the listing) and those helped cool the apartment off very well. The dishwasher hadn't been emptied and the one bed wasn't made but those are very minor. The steps to the unit are challenging. But everything is state of the art and very modern, just perfect. We had a great stay!'

'Noisy neighbors really negatively affected our stay and made it hard to get any sleep. The neighbors had screaming fights from 11pm to 3am with no respect for the hour or close proximity of other units. Cramped basement apartment but reasonable for the price.'

'This was a very clean property from the floors to the kitchen to the linens. It comfortably fit our family of 4 with two teenage daughters. The apartment is located on the third floor so we ended up just brining up essentials and not our suitcases. Communication was fantastic - sending all the info well before check-in. There is coin laundry in the basement. The parking is also wonderful and easy to access.'

'Excellent, clean property. It did need some more kitchen items (like a cutting board, more than three cups and plates, etc.). Also, not a deal breaker, but the tree in the backyard is infested with spotted lantern flies and they dripped honey dew (a maple syrup-like all substance they excrete). Our car was covered in it, and needed a car wash because the windows were hard to see out of. Still, the state of RI will take care of this. Other than that, excellent host, excellent stay. Short distance...

'I will just suggest a few things to improve the property. First would be a grab bar for the shower. It’s very high up and a bit slippery. The towels need to be upgraded. The black ones were not good. Also, a safety latch on the interior for the entry door would make it more secure. Otherwise, it’s a cute place !'

'This delightful, spacious basement has been decorated and appointed with care. The bed and couch are both comfortable and laden with pillows, the towels smell great, and there are lots of little details to make you feel at home…from lotion in the bathroom to a tiny waffle iron in the kitchen. If you’re looking for a private, cozy place to stay, in a nice residential neighborhood, look no further.'
